Simply: email gelease@salonserve.com to request a return within 15 days of accepting your delivery.
Please make sure the item/s and packaging are in a perfect resalable condition. (How you would expect to receive your items!)
We will issue you with a (boring but important) Sales Return Number.
Please wrap your item/s as securely as possible so that everything is tickety-boo when it arrives back to us.
Please remember to write your Sales Return Number on the outside of your parcel. This will help us to speed up your refund.
Once you have returned your item we will refund you or credit you – Easy!
